Participation in the QTS’23
Participation is possible as a listener or as a participant with a poster presentation.
The summary must be prepared using LATEX template.
We recommend Overleaf, which includes QTS summary template files to easily prepare your paper in the format suitable for QTS’23. You can find it HERE.
If you use other LaTeX software download zip folder contains all files that must be used when preparing a submission in LaTeX.

Registration & Summary Submission
1 JANUARY, 2023 — 31 JANUARY, 2023
The registration fee is 10,000 rubles and includes participation in all School meetings, as well as accommodation, food and coffee breaks.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Posters are a different and interesting way for authors to present their work, giving them the opportunity to discuss in depth with the attendees.
A poster board, A0 size (118.9 x 84.1 cm), in portrait orientation, will be available for each poster.
Pins or thumbtacks are provided to mount your posters on the board. All presenters are required to mount their posters 30 minute before the session and remove them at the end of their sessions. Presenters are requested to stand by their posters during their session.
Best Poster Awards
These awards are presented to the authors of the three best poster presentations. It rewards a mix of excellent research, innovation, and presentation.
The jury will choose the best poster. The winners of the competition will be announced publicly.
The winners will receive a certificate and a cash prize.
